My name is Farran, and I want to be your Personal Trainer and Nutrition Adviser.

I was encouraged to become a personal trainer and host boot camps in hopes to motivate people to get back to that happy place in their lives, physically! My 1-on-1 sessions and bootcamps consist of various calisthenics, plyometrics and weight training exercises in order to improve strength, cardio, and flexibility through a full body workout.

My approach to fitness is both unique and compelling. I use a three dimensional approach which includes the mind, body, and spirit. This approach has been extremely useful and effective to help people lose weight.

Whether you want to improve fitness, reduce, tone-up, build-up, rehab a sports injury, stop chronic pain, shape-up for a wedding or need postpartum reconditioning we have the right exercise program for you.
