  • Boot camps last 60-mins.
  • Water and Snack will be provided.
  • Please arrive 10-minutes early
  • Monday – Friday
    • Bootcamps: 10am – 11am
    • Bootcamps: 7pm – 8pm
  • Saturday
    • Bootcamps: 9am -10am

What to Bring:

  • Dumbbells

You may attend as many of the scheduled boot camps as you like for only $65 a month for 6 months.
